What is "Setup-Only" catering service by Asian Eventures?
Setup-Only catering is designed for hosts who already have their food prepared (such as home-cooked family recipes, specialty daigs from heritage cooks, live BBQ masters, or external hotel chefs) but need 5-star hotel presentation. Asian Eventures provides the complete luxury infrastructure: 24K gold-plated cutlery, fine bone china dinnerware, gold-rimmed charger plates, roll-top chafing dishes with heating fuel, crystal glassware, banquet tables, luxury chairs, and uniformed butler staff to stage, serve, and clear the event.
Do we need to wash or clean the cutlery and crockery after our event?
No. Asian Eventures operates a 100% zero-hassle white-glove service. After your event concludes, our uniformed staff clears the tables, packs all dirty plates, gold cutlery, and chafers into specialized industrial shock-proof crates, and transports them back to our central commissary for commercial 85°C high-temperature thermal dishwashing and UV sterilization. You and your family never have to wash a single spoon.
What kind of gold plated cutlery does Asian Eventures provide?
We supply authentic 24K heavy electroplated gold cutlery crafted from 18/10 stainless steel. Our inventory includes heavyweight dinner forks (85g), dinner knives (105g), soup/rice spoons (92g), dessert spoons, salad forks, butter knives, and matching gold serving tongs, ladles, and cake slicers with mirror-gold and matte-gold royal finishes.
Can you provide catering setup for private homes and farmhouses in Lahore and Islamabad?
Yes. We regularly stage intimate home dinners, Dholkis, Eid parties, and VIP functions across DHA Phases 1–9, Gulberg, Model Town, Bahria Town, and Bedian/Barki Road farmhouses in Lahore, as well as Sectors F-6, F-7, E-7, Chak Shahzad, and DHA in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
How does food transfer from our daigs into your luxury chafing dishes work?
Our supervisory team arrives 3 to 4 hours before guest arrival. We inspect your incoming daigs or warm food containers, decant each dish into pre-heated, food-grade gold roll-top chafing inserts using sanitary protocols, light the odorless Sterno warming burners, and maintain food at optimal serving temperature (65°C to 75°C) until your buffet is announced.
What happens if a plate or glass is accidentally broken during the event?
We understand minor mishaps occur at festive events. We maintain a nominal breakages fee schedule (PKR 350 per broken glass, PKR 950 per bone china plate, PKR 800 per missing gold cutlery piece) which is settled transparently from a refundable security deposit.
