Our team arrives 30-60 minutes before your time slot, sets up studio lighting and props, and manages the entire experience while your guests laugh, pose, and celebrate.
Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payments
- 100% payment is required in advance to lock the booking and reserve equipment for your designated date.
- In case of cancellation at least 2 weeks prior to event date, a 50% refund of the total amount will be issued. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
- In case of an event date change, a rescheduling fee of Rs. 5,000 applies per event, strictly subject to calendar availability.
- Overtime hours beyond the agreed duration will be charged at Rs. 5,000/hour and must be settled on the spot.
2. Operations & Arrival
- Arrival time at the venue is 30–60 minutes (Photo Booth) and 15–30 minutes (Phonebooth) before your contracted start time.
- If the event start is delayed due to client schedule or venue decor readiness, the booked time clock still runs as agreed; booths cannot be extended for client delays without standard overtime fees.
- Only our certified technicians are permitted to operate the photo booth, printer, and camera equipment.
- The booth is set up at one designated flat location and cannot be moved once assembled.
3. Client & Venue Responsibilities
- The client or venue must provide a stable 220V power outlet within 10 meters of the booth.
- For outdoor events, a solid flat floor and waterproof sheltered canopy is mandatory. In case of rain without covered backup, operations may be suspended for electrical safety without refund.
- Full high-resolution digital copies are provided via an online cloud drive within 48 hours after the event.
Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance do I need to book the Photo Booth? ▼
You can book whenever you want, but we book strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. During the peak Pakistani wedding season (October to March) and corporate gala months, slots sell out 3-6 weeks in advance.
Can I customize the frame design or add our name/company logo? ▼
Yes! One bespoke custom template design is included 100% free with every booking. You can provide your own graphic file or let our in-house designer tailor a design featuring your wedding monogram, couple names, date, or corporate sponsor logos.
Can I add extra prints or extra hours during the event? ▼
Yes! If your party is still rocking, you can extend time at Rs. 5,000 per hour or add 50 extra prints for Rs. 5,000, subject to technician availability and on-site media stock. Overtime must be settled on the spot.
In which cities are your photo booth services available? ▼
We offer services Pan-Pakistan! While our primary operations and partner hubs are based in Lahore, we frequently travel to Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Karachi, Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot, and Gujranwala. Custom out-of-station travel and accommodation logistics apply.
Do we get digital copies of the pictures and audio notes? ▼
Yes! In addition to tangible on-the-spot physical prints, all high-resolution digital image files and HD video/audio guestbook recordings are curated and uploaded to an online digital drive delivered to you within 48 hours.
Will the colors of the prints and digital copies be identical? ▼
We calibrate our dye-sublimation printer and studio camera settings specifically to maximize physical print vibrancy and skin tones. Colors on phone or laptop screens may vary slightly due to device display profiles.
